Thank you for choosing Superior Fragrances. We aim to provide exceptional service and ensure your products arrive in perfect condition and on time.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM daily will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods: Standard shipping via Bob Go. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Rates are shown before you confirm payment — no hidden fees.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within South Africa. Some outlying areas may not be serviced by courier partners. Distribution partners handle Superior Products in select African countries.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, weather / carrier / public-holiday delays may occur.
