At Superior Fragrances, we are committed to providing high-quality, international-inspired fragrances made with 100% French oils. Our business model is primarily focused on empowering individuals to become resellers, enabling them to purchase our products at wholesale prices (e.g., Buy for R30, Sell for R60) and generate 100% profit. To maintain the integrity of our product line, ensure fair pricing for our resellers, and due to the nature of our consumable products, we adhere to a strict no return and no refund policy.

Policy Details

1. All Sales Are Final: All purchases made through Superior Fragrances, whether online or via our sales agents, are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products sold.
2. Product Nature: Fragrances are personal, consumable items. For hygiene and quality control reasons, once a product has been purchased and leaves our premises or the possession of our sales agents, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Reseller Model: Our business model is designed to support our resellers in building their own businesses. The pricing structure and profit margins are established with the understanding that resellers manage their own inventory and sales to end-consumers. This policy helps us maintain competitive pricing and operational efficiency.
4. Minimum Order Requirement: Please note our minimum order requirement of R450. We encourage all purchasers, especially new resellers, to carefully consider their orders before finalization.
5. Quality Assurance: Superior Fragrances is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality. All products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) with photographic evidence. While we do not offer refunds, we will assess such cases on an individual basis for potential replacement of the damaged item at our discretion.
6. Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the correct products and quantities are selected before completing a purchase. We recommend reviewing your order carefully prior to confirmation.
