Thank you for choosing Superior Fragrances. We aim to provide you with exceptional service and ensure your products arrive in perfect condition and on time. Below are our shipping policies:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Daily will be processed the next business day.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
  3. Shipping Rates: We charge a standard shipping rate of R65 for every order sent to an address or a Pargo Pickup point.
  4. Shipping Destinations: Currently we ship within South Africa, but some outlying areas are not serviced by courier companies. We have distribution partners who distribute Superior Products in some African countries.
  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
  6. Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
