Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Superior Fragrances for your aromatic needs. We aim to provide you with exceptional service and ensure your products arrive in perfect condition and on time. Below are our shipping policies:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Daily will be processed the next business day.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.
  3. Shipping Rates: We charge a standard shipping rate of R65 for every order sent to an address or a Parrgo Pickup point.
  4. Shipping Destinations: Currently, we only ship within Africa. We do not ship to international destinations outside of Africa at this time.
  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
  6. Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
